The past week has seen a significant amount of speculation regarding the future of highly rated centre-back, Fernando Amorebieta.
Russian Champions, Rubin Kazan were impressed enough by the tall defender to offer his current club Atletico Bilbao a significant fee of 12 million euros, which was promptly turned down.
The past week has also seen Fernando linked for a call-up to the Venezuelan national team despite having played for Spain at youth level. Fernando has yet to make a full decision on his international future.
